Layaway T&C’s 

Absolutely no credit checks or credit history required.  

• Your chosen item will be placed in our holding safe until the item is paid in full. 

• Your item will be removed from sale, it's yours and will not be shown or sold to anyone else and can be collected at any time once the final payment has been made in full.  

• You MUST make one payment of 10% of the remaining balance per calendrer month. Failure to do this we will result in a breach of contract on your behalf, all funds will be lost and the item will be returned for sale. (We will give you a courtesy call 7 working days before your payment is due) 

• All funds paid are non-refundable on our layaway scheme under the sale of goods act 2015.  

Our terms and conditions are very simple: 

1) Your deposit must equal to 10% of the final sale price. 

2) Failure to comply to our full payment conditions will result in any money that you have already paid being lost. 

3) Once your chosen item, has been put away for you, this cannot be exchanged or refunded.
